Fully integrated into the teams of the ARKAIA Institute and the Camille Jullian Centre, in close collaboration with the Department of Underwater and Submarine Archaeological Research (Drassm) of the Ministry of Culture and with the Scop Ipso Facto, the engineer will ensure the operational and administrative coordination of the theoretical and practical teaching activities of the Master of Maritime and Coastal Archaeology.
The agent will be responsible for the operational and administrative coordination of the theoretical and practical teaching activities of the Master’s program. Their main activities will be as follows:
– Operational organization, logistics and scientific and technical support for underwater and coastal archaeological operations of the Master’s program in France and abroad;
– Management of Master’s schedules and logistical and operational support for teaching activities, at the university and in the field;
– Management and monitoring of the reception of external educational stakeholders, both French and foreign;
– Administrative and budgetary monitoring of the Master’s program, in collaboration with the administrative and financial manager of the ARKAIA Institute and in connection with the ALLSH department responsible for student registration and graduation;
– Communication about the Master’s activities via internal and external channels of all partner institutions;
– Ordering personal protective equipment and diving gear in coordination with the diving department of the Camille Jullian Centre; liaising with suppliers and service providers
– Reception and guidance of students throughout their schooling.
