How to create a job post

Click on User Page. Now you have access to your Job Dashboard. Using the side-menu on the left, you can add/edit your Company Details.

After filling the necessary information about your company, you are ready to +Post A Job and create a job offer. Select A Company to automatically fill the relevant company fields and dedicate enough time to fill in the necessary information for the position (fields marked with *). If you are not ready for posting, you can Save Draft. Before posting, you can Preview your job post.

You have the option to select a Closing date for your job post for setting a deadline for applications. We also provide you the option to schedule a job posting for later, by selecting a Starting date for the applications.

Pro tip:

  • Include as much information about the job as possible, so that we can match your needs with the best possible candidates. You can even add salary, information about the company, as well as company links and videos for a more appealing job post.

Besides job posting, you can always go to Find and click on Candidates. Now you have access to public profiles. You can filter the resumes based on their Category, Skills,Experience and many more features. Click on View Resume to access the full profile of each candidate.

Go to User Page to view your Job Dashboard. All your listings are shown in a table where you have access to data regarding the Applications for each job post. By clicking on the Actions of each listing (3 dots on the right), you can change its status (i.e., edit, duplicate, mark filled, delete, etc.).

Click on Candidates (last column), to see all applicants of each position.

By using the Job Dashboard you can access:

  • your posted Job Listings, which you can edit, delete, duplicate.
  • the Candidates, i.e, the applicants of your job listings

Recruiters’ profiles are visible to both candidates and other recruiters.

You can only contact candidates that have already applied to one of your job positions.
